Collective Network of Care Practitioners
As part of an integrative, holistic, and relational healing approach, I work within a web of care. I collaborate with a diverse network of practitioners across modalities: therapists, somatic experiencing practitioners, prescribing psychologists and nurses, meditation teachers, guides, acupuncturists, bodyworkers, and a constellation of other trusted and specialized practitioners. This network is rooted in deep regard, continual inquiry, and a shared commitment to honoring each person's unique process. These are the people I learn from, grow with, and trust to support clients along varied pathways of healing.

“I think that couples therapy has the potential to be uniquely transformative. Unlike many other forms of therapy in which we talk about relationships, in couples therapy, the relationship is happening in the room. The desire for change is strong when we risk losing what we most treasure. In this high-stakes, dynamic space, we often feel inspired to take risks that lead to lasting change.”

Randall Berry
He/Him Buddhist Chaplain & Meditation Teacher, CA
“I have spent fifty years in dharma study and a career dedicated to transforming how Americans die.
A student of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, I was among the founding community at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, one of the first accredited Buddhist-inspired universities in the West. I went on to serve as director of the Shambhala Meditation Center in New York City, bringing contemplative practice and community into the heart of one of the world's most demanding urban environments.
It was this deep grounding in Buddhist teaching, in the reality of impermanence, the cultivation of presence, and the radical tenderness that practice makes possible, that drew me toward end of life care. For over two decades, I served as Executive Director of a social model hospice home, a form of care I am credited with helping to introduce to the United States. Social model hospice offers something distinct from the medical system: a dedicated home environment where the dying are accompanied around the clock, supported by community volunteers and staff, and allowed to meet death on their own terms.
That experience also shaped me as an organizational leader. I now consult with nonprofits drawing on decades of executive leadership, fundraising, and the particular wisdom that comes from building and sustaining mission-driven organizations over the long haul.
My work sits at the intersection of contemplative wisdom and compassionate action. I bring to my chaplaincy and consulting a rare combination of institutional depth, spiritual formation, and lived presence, the kind that only comes from walking alongside the dying, and the organizations that serve them, for a very long time.”
