Real Change Begins In Relationship

Cultivating wholeness through embodied awareness, emotional intelligence, and relational skill.

Relational therapy grounded in depth, science, and taking risk, fostering authentic connection with self and others.

Hello, I’m Lucy

I am a marriage and family therapist (MFT) dedicated to helping people cultivate a fullness of experience in themselves and their relationships.

In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns and inner processes that shape your relationships and sense of self. Collaboration, humor, and trust will be the pillars of our work.

I believe deeply in our human capacity for growth. By approaching our vulnerabilities with awareness, we create more compassionate relationships with ourselves and others.

I am an integrative therapist. I work with the nervous system, the mind, emotions, and the relationships it all lives through — pulling from the models and approaches necessary to meet my clients where they are. Informed by Dan Siegel’s interpersonal neurobiology, I pay close attention to how the brain and nervous system shape our experiences, our capacity for connection, and the ways we respond to stress. I work closely with emotion and bodily signals, the stories we make meaning through, and the relationships that shape who we become. My approach is experiential, science-informed and human. Rooted in the belief that real change comes from tending to all parts of our experience with compassion and intention.

I hold a graduate degree in Couple & Family Therapy from Antioch University and am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher (cMT-P). I offer individual, couple, and relational therapy, discernment counseling, uncoupling support, death and dying guidance, and non-therapeutic coaching.

My work is grounded in a decolonizing, non-pathologizing, and humanistic lens that honors both personal complexity and societal context.
