Individual & Couples Coaching
Coaching is a short-term, solution-focused process distinct from therapy. Relationship coaching focuses on skill building and directive, educational support to help couples strengthen their connection. Unlike therapy, it doesn’t address mental health concerns such as trauma, anxiety, or depression—those require ongoing individual treatment.
Coaching isn’t covered by insurance and superbills are not provided. In our initial consultation, we will decide if coaching is the best fit; if couples therapy seems more appropriate at any point, I will offer in-state referrals.
Sessions are available in person or virtually. I offer weekly slots, or 3-6 month packages.
